Your privacy is important to us.

You may give our app permission to upload a copy of the video(s) you have selected to iCloud. The default setting is for your files to remain Private to you. You can view your Private videos either in the app, or on the web site.

Should you choose to make the videos Public, anyone with access to the Cop Watch Video Recorder app, or who visits https://copwatch.app will be able to view and play the videos.

By default, Location tracking is turned off. If turned on, only while the app is running will it attempt to determine your location, and tag your videos with this information. Any location data found is uploaded along with the video.

Beyond what is visible in the app or on the web site, the Cop Watch Video Recorder app does not maintain or share any information about you, your videos, or their content with anyone. Period.
